Welcome to Landed. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Who can use Landed

You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. One account per person.

Your account

Keep your login private. You're responsible for what happens on your account. Use your real name and a photo of yourself.

Be a good neighbor

Landed is about meeting people in real life, so we take safety seriously. Don't:

• Harass, threaten, or bully anyone
• Post hateful, sexual, or violent content
• Pretend to be someone else, or create fake accounts
• Spam people, sell things, or promote businesses without permission
• Do anything illegal, or use Landed to put anyone in danger

Reports, blocks, and suspensions

You can block or report anyone. When several different people report an account, it's automatically paused for a while. We may also suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, at any time.

Meeting in person

Landed doesn't run background checks. Meet in public places, tell a friend where you're going, and trust your gut. You're responsible for your own interactions with other users.

Your content

You own what you post. By posting it, you let Landed show it in the app so the service can work. You can delete it, or your whole account, at any time.

City Guide and events

City Guide answers are generated automatically and may be wrong, so double-check details like hours and prices. Event listings come from outside providers, and we're not responsible for those events.

The app is provided "as is"

We work hard to keep Landed running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Landed isn't liable for indirect or unexpected losses from using the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we'll update the date above and let you know in the app. Continuing to use Landed means you accept the new terms.
